KISSTERIA have placed a very credible second in the worldwide KISS tribute band contest in Las Vegas judged by KISS guitarist Tommy Thayer.
Competition organisers selected KISSTERIA to be among the top 20 bands from over 200 entries. From there KISS fans from around the world voted the band into the top 4 and the chance to compete for the top spot in Vegas on January 30th.
All 16 members of the 4 competing bands posed for photos at the world famous Las Vegas sign on the day of the competition.
It was then on to the Hard Rock Casino for the contest where each band would play 4 songs in front of a great crowd, the competition organisers and the KISS Spaceman himself, Tommy Thayer.
KISSTERIA were the 3rd band on and ploughed through C'mon & Love Me, Got To Choose, I Love It Loud and The Oath to a great response from the fans in attendance.
First place went to Ohio's "Mr Speed" who will play at the grand opening of the KISS Monster Mini Golf site in Las Vegas on March 15.
KISSTERIA have thoroughly enjoyed the Vegas experience and we thank everyone that voted us into the top 4!
